The best part is that animals in the area are free to roam. The safari drive includes the Ranch’s Walk-A-Bout area features several species of primates like a Petting Barnyard, Lemur Island surrounded by a Koi Pond and Giraffes. Apart from this, you can experience Safari Camp Grill restaurant and Safari Trading Post gift shop. The park is very similar to the Lion Country Safari that is situated near the Laguna Hills where you need to pay a fee at the park entrance and you drive through the park viewing the wildlife. The ranch is situated 0 miles north of San Antonio and close to the Natural Bridge Caverns. Adult entry in the ranch will cost at $16.50 and children 3-11 are $8.50. We would suggest a Duration of 2-3 hours and the place is well maintained and laid out. The drive will give you a beautiful scenic landscape along with a good density of deer and antelopes. If you want to see outside the paddocks, the species available are the Zebras, Buffalo and Ostrich that are normally don’t get to see up close.
